摘要
目的 :着重观察鸡胚脾脏凋亡细胞核及其环孔板的形态学变化。方法 :用放线菌酮处理第 15天胚龄鸡胚 ,建立鸡胚脾脏细胞凋亡模型 ,用透射电镜进行观察。结果 :凋亡细胞为各类幼稚血细胞 ,以幼稚淋巴细胞为主 ,巨噬细胞未见凋亡。凋亡细胞核在裂解分离为核碎块的过程中出现环孔板 ,凋亡细胞核完全裂解分离后 ,环孔板消失。结论 :环孔板参与凋亡细胞核的分割以及核碎块的包裹 ,提示凋亡细胞核裂解成为核碎块形成凋亡小体的过程是一个主动的过程。
To observe the morphological changes of apoptotic cell nucleus and annulate lamella in spleen of chick embryo. Methods: Injecting cycloheximide to 15 day old chick embryos and were observed under transmission electron microscopy. Results: It was found that many infantile blood cells, mainly infantile lymphocytes. No macrophages could be induced to apoptsis. The apoptotic cells not only shared chromatin condensation, nuclear fragmentation, but also appeared annulate lamella during nuclear fragmentation. And annulate lamella disappeared after nuclear fragmentation. Conclusion: The annulate lamella participates in the process of apoptotic nuclear fragmentation and wrapping nuclear fragments, which help to illustrate that the process of apoptotic nucleus split into nuclear fragments to form apoptotic bodies is an active process.
