摘要
目的 :为临床整形外科学、美学、美容学做鼻整形术提供解剖学依据。方法 :用游标卡尺、三角板、量角器 ,对338名成人外鼻和 83具成人尸体外鼻进行了测量。结果 :得出了外鼻的高度、长度、宽度、深度、厚度、角度和坡长等多组解剖学数据。结论 :鼻背骨性宽是外鼻宽大畸形的主要基础 ,做上颌骨额突截骨术可以取得外鼻挺拔秀美的效果 ,使求美者不美添美 。
To provide anatomic evidence for aesthetic plastic surgery on the nasal bone. Methods: The external noses of 338 adults and 83 adult cadavers were measured with slide callipers, triangles and protractors. Results: Various groups of anatomic data were obtained about the height, width, depth, thickness, agnle and slope length of the external nose. Conclusion: Broad nasal dorsum is the main cause of the deformity of the broad external nose. Osteotomy for frontomaxillary process may result in a beautifully shaped external nose.
