摘要
以中熟和晚熟性的麦宾草为材料,分别进行了3种授粉方式的套袋试验,并统计了结实率。结果表明:(1)麦宾草中熟和晚熟居群开放授粉的结实率高于自交的,而两者间无显著差异,但均极显著高于其异交授粉方式的结实率。(2)穗顶部及穗中部结实率中,中熟和晚熟居群的开放授粉与异交有极显著差异,而与自交差异不显著;穗基部结实率中,中熟居群的开放授粉极显著高于其它两种授粉方式,而晚熟居群的3种授粉方式间有显著差异。比较穗不同部位小花结实率发现,穗中部的结实率最高,其次为穗顶部,穗基部的结实率明显低。(3)不同熟性居群结实率比较得出,它们开放授粉结实率间有极显著差异,自交授粉结实率间也存在极显著差异,但异交授粉结实率间差异不显著。
By mid-maturing and late-maturing populations of Elymus tangutorum for materials,were carried out the bagging experiments with three pollination ways,and statistics its seed-setting rate.The results showed that:(1) In the mid-maturing and late-maturing populations of Elymus tangutorum,open pollination seed-setting rate higher than selfing,while there no significant differences between them,but both significantly higher than the outcrossing pollination way.(2) On the top spike and middle spike,there was existed a extremely significant difference between open pollination seed-setting rate and outcrossing in the mid-maturing and late-maturing populations,but no significant difference with the selfing;At the lower part of spike,open pollination seed-setting rate extremely significant higher than the other two in the mid-maturing populations,however,there had significant differences among the three different pollination methods in the late-maturing populations.Compared the seed-setting rate of florets,which located in different parts of spike,found that middle spike seed-setting rate was highest,followed by top spike,lower part of spike seed-setting rate significantly lower than the others.(3) Comparisons of different maturities seed-setting rate obtained that there had extremely significant differences in open pollination and selfing,but had no significant difference with the outcrossing.
