摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在脑肿瘤切除术患者中的应用。方法将60例拟行脑肿瘤切除术的患者按病种随机均分为A组和B组。A组施予传统护理模式，B组实行CNP，比较两组术后切口甲级愈合率、管道意外发生率、并发症发生率、住院天数、医疗费用、相关疾病知识掌握程度及患者满意度等指标。结果B组中有28例完成整个CNP流程，两组间的切15甲级愈合率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），B组的管道意外发生率、并发症发生率、住院费用、住院时间均低于A组，健康知识掌握程度和满意度均高于A组，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CNP应用于脑肿瘤切除术的护理中，不仅可减轻患者病痛和负担，还可有效地利用卫生资源，提高医院的业务水平和综合竞争力，适合临床推广。
Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in the brain tumor resection. Methods A total of 60 patients who required brain tumor resection were randomly divided into group A and group B by types of diseases. Group A was treated with the routine nursing flow - sheet without any special intervention. Group B was treated according to the CNP. The comparisons were performed between group A and group B in regard to the grade of incision healing, pipeline accident incidence, complications incidence, average hospitalization duration, average medical expense, health knowledge and patient＇s satisfaction. Results In group B 28 cases completed the CNP process. Except the grade of incision healing, on other 6 indicators, group B was better than group A, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions It can not only reduce patient＇s pain and burden, but also effectively use full of health resources to enhance the level of the hospital＇s business and competitiveness that use of CNP in the brain tumor resection.
