摘要
为使 MTT比色法得到更广泛的应用 ,对紫外与可见光分光分析仪测定细胞增殖 MTT比色法的实验条件进行了探索。结果发现 :以 5 mg/ m l MTT在 0 .1× 10 4~ 2 .4× 10 4细胞范围内进行检测 ,可获得较好的线性检测结果 (γ=0 .9872 )。与酶标仪直接测定比较 ,具有灵敏度高、数据准确、检测范围广 ,值得推广应用。
In order to apply MTT colorimetric assay widely,the experimental conditions detecting cellular proliferation by MTT colorimetric assay with ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometers were explored. The results showed that good linearity results could be obtained at the range of 0.1×10 4 to 2.4×10 4 of cell number with 5 mg/ml MTT. This method is characterized by high sensitivity, data accuracy and wide range of cell number.
