摘要
[目的 ]筛选测定总黄酮含量的最佳的方法 .[方法 ]制备蓝靛果试液 ,以芦丁作为对照品用比色法测定蓝靛果中总黄酮含量 (% ) ;另用重量法测定其总黄酮含量制备蓝靛果试液 .[结果 ]比色法测定的 10 0 g蓝靛果中总黄酮含量为 10 4.6g ,重量法测定的总黄酮含量为 5 5 .5 g .[结论
OBJECTIVE To screen optimal method of detecting the content of total flavone in the Lonicera edulis. METHODS With the rutin as control sample, the content (%) of total flavone was detected from fresh fruits of the Lonicera edulis by using Chromatometry and of the Lonicera edulis by using gravimetry. RESULTS The content of total flavone were 104.6?g and 55.5?g, respectively. CONCLUSION The two methods had different results for detecting the content of total flavone in the Lonicera edulis .
