摘要 安庆长江铁路大桥主桥为双塔三索面钢桁梁斜拉桥,桥塔为上倒Y形、下钻石形混凝土结构,高210m。根据该桥塔超高、截面大且设置双层主筋的特点,塔座及下塔柱底节8.5m采用现浇模板支架法施工,其余均采用6m节段液压爬模施工;横梁采用钢管柱支架法、分2层与塔柱结合段同步施工;上塔柱节段采取塔梁同步技术施工。施工时,在塔柱内设置劲性骨架,改进液压爬模系统,在中塔柱两塔肢间设4道钢管横撑;合理配置机械设备,采取大体积混凝土施工工艺控制技术;并采取桥塔线形测量控制等措施确保了施工安全和质量。该桥塔已于2012年9月14日施工完成。 The main bridge of Anqing Changjiang River Railway Bridge is a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with double pylons and triple cable planes. The pylons of the bridge, each being 210 m high, are the concrete structures in the shape of inverted Y at the upper parts and of diamond at the lower parts. In the light of the characteristics that the pylons are very high, the sections of the pylons are large and are laid out with two layers of main reinforcement, the bases of the pylons and the 8.5 m bottom segments of the lower pylon columns were constructed by the method of casting-in-situ formwork and scaffoldings while the rest parts of the pylon columns were constructed by the hydraulic climbing formwork in each 6 m segment. The cross beams of the pylons were constructed in each two layers synchronously with the joint sections of the pylon columns, using the method of steel pipe post scaffoldings and the segments of the upper pylon columns were constructed, using the technique of synchronous construction of the pylons and girder. In the construction, the steel framed skeletons were set in the pylon columns to improve the hydraulic climbing system. In between the two middle pylon columns of a pylon, 4 temporary steel pipe cross bracings were set. The machinery and equipment were rationally deployed, the construction technology control measures for the massive concrete and the geometric shape survey and control measures for the pylons were taken to finally ensure the construction safety and quality. The construction of the pylons of the bridge was completed on September 14, 2012.
