摘要 采用降膜蒸发器对LD苹果酸溶液蒸发浓缩时,蒸发器的性能对产品质量有着重要的影响。采用湍流模型对蒸发器内流体的二维两相流场进行数值模拟,探讨物料初始温度和进料量对蒸发器传热性能的影响,结果表明:进料量对蒸发器的传热性能影响较大,而物料初始温度对蒸发器的传热性能影响较小,研究结果可为降膜蒸发器优化设计提供依据。 The performance of falling-film evaporator has important influence on the products, when it's used to evaporate and concen- trate the solution of LD malic acid. The turbulence model was ap- plied to simulate the 2-D two-phase flow in the evaporator, the influ- ence of material initial temperature and feed rate on the evaporation heat transfer performance was also discussed, the result showed that feed rate had a great influence on the evaporation heat transfer per- formance, while material initial temperature had less influence on the evaporation heat transfer performance, which provided the basis for optimization design of falling-film evaporator.
