摘要
基于遗传算法和数值模拟技术,通过对导致制品品质和影响产品材料性能的主要因素进行定量分析,构造了变厚度、变截面塑料模浇口位置优化模型。算例表明,优化后的入口压力、温度差、最大剪切应力分别降低了25%、31%、8%以上,该优化模型适用可行。
Factors affecting the quality and capability of plastic parts were quantitatively analyzed and optimization model of gate location of plastic mould with changeable thickness and section was formulated based on genetic algorithm and numerical simulation. After optimization, the pressure of gate location, the temperature difference, and the maximum shear stress were reduced by 25 %, 31%, 8 %,respectively, and numerical examples were given to demonstrate the function of the optimization model.
