摘要
纳米铜由于具有优异的物理、化学方面的性质且比其它贵金属如银粉等低廉得多的价格,其制备及应用研究成果层出不穷。按照固相法、气相法以及液相法分类别着重介绍了制备纳米铜粉的主要方法,包括球磨法、物理气相沉积法、γ射线法、微乳液法、电解法和还原法等,并概述了各种制备方法当前的研究进展及制备过程中的优缺点。还进一步展望了纳米铜粉作为催化剂、润滑油和导电涂料在各个领域的应用前景。
Due to the special physical and chemical performances as well as the lower price compared to Au and Ag, Cu nanomaterials are widely researched both at home and abroad. The preparation methods of copper nanoparti- cles including high energy ball milling, y-ray irradiation method, physical vapor deposition, microemulsion method, electrolysis method and liquid reduction method are summarized. Furthermore, the applications of copper nanoparti- cles in the fields of catalysis, tribology and electricity are also reviewed.
