摘要
用纯Al或Mg-Al合金从CaO中还原Ca制备Ca-Al系列合金,在理论和实践中都是非常艰难的,反应条件很苛刻。对Ca-Al系列合金的冶炼技术——Ca-Al系列合金的功能、成分、物性,冶金原理,还原剂的选择,CaO+Al反应的供热和供热制度,渣型的选择,Al/CaO或者Mg/CaO的最佳值进行全面的分析和研究,并制定了CaO+Al或CaO+Mg-Al合金冶炼工艺制度。
t It's very difficult to obtain Ca-AI series alloys through reduction of CaO using pure A1 or Mg-A1 al- loy as reducing agent, and the reaction conditions are very strict. The smelting technology (the function of Ca-A1 series alloy, composition, physical properties, metallurgical principle, choice of reducing agent, heat supply, selection of slag type, optimum value of A1/CaO or Mg/CaO) of Ca-A1 series alloy are overall analyzed and investigated, and the smelting process system of the CaO+A1 and CaO+Mg-A1 alloy is formulated.
