摘要
采用交流钨极氩弧焊对7A52铝合金板进行焊接,通过对不同焊接电流得到的焊接接头显微组织和显微硬度的分析,得出焊接电流对焊接接头组织性能的影响。试验结果表明,当焊接电流为140~160A时,得到的焊缝组织较均匀,晶粒排列较紧密,焊接接头性能较好。
7A52 aluminum alloy sheets were welded by AC-TIG welding under different welding current, then the effect of welding current on microstructure and properties of the welded joint using metallographic microscope and microhardness tester were studied. Experimental results show that when the welding current is 140-160 A, the mi- crostructure of welding joint is relatively homogeneous and grains arrange more closely, the property is better.
