渤海油田聚合物驱配注工艺及系统的改进与应用 被引量:17

摘要 针对渤海油田原有聚合物驱配注工艺及系统存在人工劳动强度大、配注效率低、系统运行不平稳、占地面积较大等缺点,通过改进聚合物驱配注工艺以及聚合物上料系统、聚合物分散系统、聚合物熟化系统,使干粉下料能力由原来10t/d以下提高到30t/d以上、系统占地面积及质量均减少20%以上,并且系统运行连续平稳。改进后的聚合物驱配注工艺与系统已在渤海某油田平稳运行2年半,取得了很好效果,满足了该油田注聚规模逐渐增大的需求。 The old injection technology and system for polymer flooding which was applied in Bohai oilfield has several disadvantages such as heavy la- bor intensity, low efficiency, instable operation, large floor area, etc. However, after improvement on the old technology, the delivery system, the dispersion system and the maturation system, the powder delivery capability is more than 30 t/d now in contrast with no more than 10 t/d before, and the floor area and weight are reduced by more than 20%. In addition, the system is able to operate continuously and steadily. The improved technolo gy and system has operated steadily in Bohai oil field for two and an half years, and meets the de- mand of the gradually increasing scale of the poly- mer injection in the oilfields.
