摘要
为研究熟料中氧化镁膨胀的本质,烧制含氧化镁熟料,其氧化镁含量从1.5%至9%,冷却条件为炉内慢冷、空气快冷和液氮急冷,采用化学方法(硝酸铵提取方镁石)对各熟料方镁石进行定量,通过XRD、SEM/EDS等手段分析熟料矿物组成、形貌及固溶情况,对熟料中氧化镁存在形态及机制进行讨论。结果表明:熟料中氧化镁含量提高,方镁石含量也随之提高,但氧化镁含量较高时,方镁石随氧化镁含量而增加的速率转慢;熟料冷却速度加快,方镁石含量减少,反之则增加。熟料中玻璃相是影响氧化镁形态的重要因素,氧化镁含量的增加以及冷却速度的加快,使熟料中玻璃体的含量增加,分布在玻璃体中的非晶态氧化镁比例增加,从而减少以方镁石存在的氧化镁比例。
In order to research the forms of MgO in cement clinker, a series of clinker samples containing MgO from 1.5 % to 9% were prepared through calcining. The calcining process included heating raw meal at 1400℃ and cooling in furance, air or liquid nitrogen. The content of periclase in clinker was determined by chemical method, and the mineral composition, morphology were analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. Results showed that the content of periclase in the clinker increases with the increase in MgO content, but its increasing rate is slow down when the MgO content is high enough. The content of periclase in the clinker was found to decrease as the cooling rate is high. The forms of MgO are closely related to the vitreous material in clinker. When the MgO content is increased or the cooling is accelerated, there is much more vitreous material in clinker which enfolds more amorphous MgO, therefore leading the proportion of periclase to MgO to decline.
