摘要
应用胰蛋白酶消化、三氯乙酸沉淀、透析等方法 ,提取山羊 RBC膜表面 CD5 8。玫瑰花环抑制试验表明 ,8.0 g/L 提取物对猪淋巴细胞的 Et花环抑制率达到 6 8.6 %,且该活性可被 CD2封闭 ;淋巴细胞转化试验证明 ,提取物能刺激活化猪 PBMC,与绵羊RBC源 CD5 8的作用间无显著差异 ( P >0 .0 5 ) ,经 PBL 吸收后 ,其活性显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1)。
The CD58 of goat RBC was separated with method of trypsin digestion ,deposition with chloroactic acid and dilysis.The Et rosseting inhibition test indicated that the Et rosseting inhibition ration in 8.0 g of the preparation to pig PBMC reached 68.6%,this activation was able to be blocked out by CD2 ,the lymphocyte transform test proved that the preparation was able to induce the pig PBMC to proliferation ,and there is no significant difference with the SRBC derived CD58 (P>0.05) ,the activation reduced significantly after absorbed with PBL( P<0.01).
