摘要
职业核心能力是伴随学生终身的可持续发展能力,在学生的职业生涯发展中起重要的作用。通过调研,确定了建筑工程技术专业学生重点培养与人合作、解决问题、自我学习这三种能力。以11建筑14班为试点,通过重构课程体系,改变教学组织模式,学生这三方面的能力有所提高。
Vocational core ability is associated with students' lifelong sustainable development ability, and it plays an important role in students' career development. Through researching enterprise, we decided to train these students ability of building engineering technology specialty to work with people, problem solving, self learning. Taking class 14 for building engineering technology specialty as an experimental unit, this method improves the ability fiom three aspects: the reconstruction of curriculum system, the change of teaching organization mode and students.
