一种基于电流空间矢量的新型死区补偿策略 被引量:22

摘要 为防止三相电压型逆变器上下桥臂直通,通常在功率器件驱动信号中加入死区时间,在保证了功率器件安全工作的同时,也带来了输出电压电流畸变、零电流钳位等死区效应,因此有必要对死区进行补偿。本文对三相电压型逆变器的死区效应进行了理论分析,据此提出了一种基于脉冲的优化死区补偿方法。该法中利用两相静止坐标系下电流空间矢量来更方便地判断电流极性。在三相电流检测过程中,针对传统滤波器会造成电流相移的问题,设计了一种新型滤波器,确保滤除电流谐波分量,且不会产生相位偏差,提高电流极性判断的精确性,避免误补偿。最后基于异步电机矢量控制系统进行仿真和实验,结果表明,本文所提出的采用新型滤波器的死区补偿策略能够有效减小死区效应造成的电流畸变并改善零电流钳位现象。 In three-phase voltage source inverter (VSI), the gate signal of the two switching devices in one bridge arm is complementary. To avoid short circuit of the two switching devices in one inverter leg, a small lag called dead time is inserted into PWM gate signal. Dead time in VSI brings dead time effect such as inverter output voltage and current deviation, torque pulsation and current clamp, which reduces system performance, so it is necessary to compensate dead time. In this paper, the dead time effect of the three -phase bridge inverter is analyzed, an optimal dead-time compensation method based on pulse is implemented, and the current polarity judgment based on current space vector is introduced. In order to solve current phase shift problem using traditional filter, a novel filter is designed to filter harmonic components to improve accuracy of current polarity judgment. Vector control simulation and experiment of induction motor with the novel dead time compensation strategy shows that it improves the dead time effect efficiently.
