摘要
目的探讨大学生群体的团体依恋、人际关系、班级凝聚力三者之间的关系,以期提高他们的学习效率,提升他们的心理健康水平。方法采用团体依恋量表、人际关系综合诊断量表和班级凝聚力调查问卷,对湖北某高校的1960名大学本科生进行问卷调查。结果①部分大学生的人际关系困扰程度较严重;②大学生的依恋与人际关系和班级凝聚力显著相关(P<0.001);③大学生的依恋焦虑和依恋回避与不同的人际关系行为困扰类型之间存在显著的相关(P<0.001);④大学生的依恋焦虑与班级的组织认同、人际和谐之间有显著的相关(P<0.05);⑤大学生的依恋回避则与班级的组织认同、管理支持、人际和谐之间存在显著相关(P<0.001)。结论部分大学生的人际关系困扰程度较严重;大学生的依恋类型与人际关系,班级凝聚力之间关系密切:在依恋焦虑和依恋回避得分高的大学生,人际关系行为困扰较大。大学生的依恋焦虑与班级的组织认同、人际和谐之间关系密切,大学生的依恋回避则与班级的组织认同、管理支持、人际和谐之间关系密切。
Objective To explore the psychological well-beings state of undergraduates in a military univeristy.Methods A total of 327 military undergraduates in Beijing were tested by Ryff's Psychological Well-being Scale.Results ①There was significant difference between the score of military undergraduates and the norm(t=7.574,P0.001),which meant that the well-being of military undergraduates was higher than that of common people.② There was no significant difference on the well-being between different gender military undergraduates(t=-1.30,P0.05).③ There was difference on the well-being among different grades(F=7.62,P0.001).④There was no effect on well-being of military undergraduates from healthy condition(F=2.83,P0.05).⑤ There were significant difference on the family financial background of undergraduates(F=4.10,P0.001),the better family financial background of undergraduates,the lower their well-being was.Conclusion Military undergraduates are at a higher level of well-being,the influence factors of their well-being are grades,healthy condition and family financial background.
