摘要
目的建立HPLC同时测定新疆药桑枝中绿原酸、芦丁、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷、白藜芦醇和桑色素含量的方法。方法采用PMCpackODS色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以O．2％磷酸水溶液-0．2％磷酸乙腈溶液为流动相，梯度洗脱，检测波长：360nm，流速：0．6mL·min^-1。结果6种成分在45min内完全分离，6种成分的平均回收率为97．7％～100．7％（RSD≤2．0％。结论本方法操作简单、结果准确，具有较好的重复性和稳定性，为药桑枝的质量控制提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, rutin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, resveratrol and morin in Ramulus Mori. METHODS The separation was carried out on a PMC-pack ODS（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） column with 0.2% phosphoric acid-0.2% phosphoric acid in acetonitrile as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6 mL·min^-1. with a gradient program. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. RESULTS Six ingredients were completely separated within 45 min. The average recoveries were between 97.7% and 100.7%（RSD≤2.0%）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, reproducibility, accurate and reliable which can be used as the reference for the quality control of Ramulus Mori.
