摘要
利奈唑胺属唑烷酮类抗生素,主要用于治疗革兰阳性球菌引起的严重感染,其严重的不良反应主要表现在血液系统方面,包括血小板减少、贫血、白细胞减少等。本文综述了利奈唑胺导致血小板减少的发生机制可能与骨髓抑制或免疫介导有关;指出肾功能不全、肝功能不全、高龄、大剂量长期治疗等是诱发血小板减少的高危因素,并提出相关防护措施,为临床安全合理应用利奈唑胺提供参考。
Linezolid, one of the oxazolidinone antibiotics, is mainly used to cure serious infection caused by Gram-positive cocci. Its serious adverse reactions mainly involve the blood system, such as thrombocytopenia, anemia, leukocytopenia and so on. In this paper, we reviewed the mechanism of thrombocytopenia caused by lin- ezolid, which is related to myelosuppression or immune mediation. Renal failure, hypohepatia, advanced age, and large doses of long-term treatment are main high-risk factors causing thrombocytopenia. We also introduced the pro- tective measures to provide a reference for reasonable use of linezolid clinically.
