良性脑膜瘤侵袭性的分子机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑膜瘤虽是良性肿瘤,但其生物学行为表现有一定的侵袭性,常侵袭周围组织和结构,导致术中切除不彻底和术后复发。而且目前研究认为,脑膜瘤的术后效果和术后复发与脑膜瘤的侵袭性密切相关。随着外科手术技术和生物医学技术的发展,为了提高脑膜瘤的手术治疗效果和减少术后复发,脑膜瘤的侵袭性受到大家的关注,尤其是在侵袭性形成的分子机制和基因方面。现就与脑膜瘤侵袭性相关的分子生物学方面的研究进展进行综述。
