摘要
轧机振动一直是困扰板带轧制发展的重要问题,已有的研究无法解释几种轧机振动内部的影响关系。轧机的异常振动包含轧机垂直振动、工作辊水平振动和主传动系统扭振,这三种振动形式复杂且交叉影响,增加振动模型的建立的复杂程度,不利于理论分析。通过分析轧制力对轧机水平刚度的影响,建立轧机系统垂直振动、工作辊水平振动和主传动系统扭振间相互影响的函数关系,建立轧机系统动力学模型,揭示轧机耦合振动机理;分析振动特性,分析轧机系统各参数对振动特性的影响,对照生产测试数据验证耦合影响的存在,分析实际生产中振动现象产生的原因;结合1580热轧机组的参数进行仿真分析,分析热轧薄带钢时频繁发生异常振动的原因,并提出合理的改进优化建议。
Mill vibration has been troubled strip rolling development for years. Existing research cannot explain the internal relationship between several kinds of rolling mill vibration. Abnormal vibration contains vertical vibration of the rolling mill, horizontal vibration of the work roll and torque vibration of the main driven system. These three kinds of vibration mode which are complex and cross effect increase the complexity of the vibration model, which is not conductive to the theoretical analysis.Through the analysis the influence horizontal force to the stiffness of the mill rolling, the establishment of function relation of the mutual influence between the mill system vertical vibration, work roll horizontal vibration and torque vibration of the main drive system, the establishment of mill system dynamics model, the paper reveals the mechanism of mill coupled vibration. Analysing the vibration characteristic, the rolling mill system parameters' influence on vibration characteristics and confirming the existence of coupling influence with the test data to analyse the causes of the vibration in actual production. Combined with the parameters of 1580 hot roiling mill, the subject made simulation analysis. Analyze the reason of the frequent occurrence of abnormal vibration of hot-rolled strip steel and put forward the reasonable and optimized proposals.
