银杏外种皮对小菜蛾生长及体内保护酶活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 用12.5、25、50、100、200 mg.mL-1银杏外种皮提取物浸泡过的无农药残留的小青菜饲喂小菜蛾3龄幼虫,研究了银杏外种皮提取物对小菜蛾生长及其体内3种保护酶SOD、CAT、POD活性的影响.结果表明:银杏外种皮提取物对小菜蛾幼虫具有一定的拒食活性和毒杀作用,能够降低幼虫化蛹率,影响蛹的质量.此外,银杏外种皮提取物能够扰乱小菜蛾幼虫体内保护酶的动态平衡,主要表现为SOD活性被激活,4、36、48 h时处理组SOD活力均显著高于对照组;CAT活性被抑制,4、24 h时处理组CAT活力均显著低于对照组;4-36 h POD活性被抑制,处理组POD活力均显著低于对照组,而48 h时POD活性又被激活,处理组活力显著高于对照组. The 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylosteUa were fed with green Chinese cabbage without pesticide residues soaked in 12.5 mg mL-1, 25 mg mL-1 , 50 mg mL-l , 100 mg mL-1 and 200 mg mL-1 extracts from Ginkgo biloba episperm, respective- 1),, and effects of extracts on the growth and activities of three protective enzymes such as SOD, CAT and POD of P. xylostella larvae were studied in the laboratory. The results showed that the extracts had strong toxicity and antifeedant activity to the larvae and could reduce the pupation rate and the quality of pupa. In addition, the extracts could disturb the dynamic balance of protective enzymes. The SOD activity was activated significantly at 4 h, 36 h and 48 h, while the CAT activity was restrained significantly at 4 h and 24 h. The POD activity was restrained signlflcantiy at 4 h, 12 h, 24 h and 36 h, then was activated significantly at 48 h.
