摘要
[目的]探讨项目教学法在护生教学查房中的应用效果。[方法]随机将60名实习护生分为实验组和对照组各30名,对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组在传统教学方法的基础上采用项目教学法,对两组教学方法的效果进行比较。[结果]实验组护生在学习兴趣、查阅资料能力、综合分析能力、合作能力和理论知识的能力等方面与对照组比较,均有所提高(P<0.05)。[结论]项目教学法在护理教学查房中的应用效果优于传统教学法,有利于培养护生的学习主动性、创造性,提高护生的学习兴趣。
Objective:To probe into the applied effect of project teaching meth- od in teaching rounds of nursing student. Methods: A total of 60 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each. The control group students used the traditional teaching method, the experimental group students used the proiect teaching method based on traditional teaching method, then to compare the effect between both teaching methods. Results: The learning interest, capabilities of accessing to informa- tion, comprehensive analysis capabilities, collaboration skills and theoretical knowledge of nursing students in experimental group were improved compared with that in control group (P^0.05). Conclusion:The applied effect of project teaching method is superior to that of traditional teaching method in nursing teaching, and project teaching method is conducive to cultivating nursing students' learning initiative, creativity, improve nursing students' learning interest.
