摘要
选取天然群体中3株重阳木优良单株,测量不同单株果实的形态性状,并采用超声波法提取重阳木果实中的粗脂肪,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)检测脂肪酸组成及含量。结果表明:不同单株之间果实的大小和百粒重存在显著差异,CY2号重阳木果实百粒重最大,为30.952 7g;果实油得油率也以CY2号重阳木最高,为14.24%;相关性分析表明重阳木果实的得油率与果实大小和百粒重呈极显著正相关,因此可以把果实大小作为选择含油量高的良种的一个指标;GC-MS分析发现3个重阳木单株的脂肪酸成分相同,分别为棕榈酸、亚油酸、α-亚麻酸和硬脂酸4种,亚油酸含量最高,不饱和脂肪酸约占90%。
In order to select high yield and quality resources, 3 plus-trees of Bischofia polycarpa were selected from a hursery in Lin'an, Zhejiang province. Determination was conducted on fruit morphology and crude fat in fruit Were extracted using ultrasonic technique. In addition the fatty acids components and content of etude fat were measured using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The results demonstrated that fruit size and 100-grain weight had significant differences among 3 trees, Fruit oil rate in CY2 tree was 14.24%, the highest. It found that oil rate was significantly correlated with fruit size or 100-grain weight. GC-MS analysis showed that the fatty acids in different tree fi'uit were the same, including hexadecanoic acid, linoleie acid, alpha linolenic acid and steadc acid, among them, linoleic acid content was the highest. B. polycarpa fruit contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids.
