摘要
文章以某普通高校某学院全部专任教师为研究对象,以教师1个聘期的教学工作量、科研工作量和教学效果评价3项指标为观测点,分别从职称、学历、年龄段和教研室4个维度对3项指标进行分类统计研究。研究结果表明,教学工作量的主要差异在于学校(教研室)的安排;职称和学历两个因素是影响科研工作量的敏感因素;基础教研室教师的教学效果评价总体高于专业教研室;36~40岁的教师的教学、科研及教学效果均较好。
The paper takes all the full - time teachers in a school of a university as research objects, and takes three indexes such as teaching workload, scientific research workload and the evaluation of teaching effect as observation points, and makes statistical analysis to the three indexes from four dimensions: profes- sional title, educational background, age and teaching and research office. The results show that the main difference of teaching workload owes to the arrangement of the university { teaching and research office } ; pro- fessional title and educational background are two sensitive factors to scientific research workload; the teach- ing effects of teachers in basic teaching and research office are better than those of professional teaching and research office, and the three indexes of teachers between 36 and 40 years old are all good.
