摘要
以工业废弃物为主要原料合成高铁酸钠(Na2FeO4)和聚合双酸铝铁(PAFCS),研究了Na2FeO4、PAFCS以及Na2FeO4-PAFCS联用处理亚硫酸盐法麦草制浆中段废水二沉池出水的效果。结果表明,以Na2FeO4-PAFCS联用处理亚硫酸盐法麦草制浆中段废水二沉池出水的处理效果最好,当Na2FeO4用量为1.0 g/L,PAFCS用量为1.0 g/L时,对二沉池出水CODCr、色度的去除率为82.4%、93.8%,处理后废水CODCr48.2 mg/L、色度5倍,pH值7.46,满足排放要求。
Sodium ferrate and polymer aluminum ferric sulfate chloride (PAFCS) were synthesized with industrial waste as the main raw ma- terial, and used for treatment of effluent from bleaching and washing stages of a sulfite pulping line, the effect of sodium ferrate and PAFCS dosages on the removal of the COD, chroma and pH value of the effluent was investigated. The experimental results indicated that when sodi- um fen'ate dosage was 1.0 g/L, PAFCS dosage was 1.0 g/L, COD and chroma removal rates were 82.41% and 93.75%, CODcr was 48.2 mg/L, chroma was 5 times and pH value was 7.46.
