包钢自熔性复合烧结矿试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了利用复合造块工艺的优势,以自产白云鄂博铁矿为主要原料,对自熔性复合烧结矿的烧结性能进行了研究。结果表明,碱度1.4的自熔性复合烧结矿在生球外配40%~50%的条件下,可以满足高炉要求。且该碱度的复合烧结矿既可以提高入炉品位,又可以实现单一炉料入炉,简化高炉操作。 In order to take the advantage of composite agglomeration process (CAP), research on the sintering characteristics of the self-fluxing composite sinters was conducted with Bayan Obo iron ores as raw material. The results showed that when the prepared green bails were coated with 40% - 50% of other raw materials, the fluxing composite sinters with an alkalinity of 1.4 can meet the requirements of blast furnace. Moreover, the composite sinters with such alkalinity can not only improve the feed grade but also simplify the operation of blast furnace with single blast furnace burden.
