摘要
研究了添加石墨、SiC、NaCl、酚醛树脂和陶瓷造孔剂对金刚石超薄砂轮胎体性能的影响。结果表明:SiC增加了胎体强度、硬度,提高了胎体耐磨性;石墨与陶瓷造孔剂降低了胎体硬度,提高了超薄砂轮的锋利度;酚醛树脂和NaCl有造孔作用,有利于磨削排屑和出刃。
Investigations were made on the effects of various pore-forming agents such as graphite, SiC, NaCl, phenolic resins and ceramics on the mechanical properties of ultra-thin metal-bonded diamond grinding wheel body. The results showed that SiC improved the strength, hardness and abrasive resistance of the body, graphite and ceramics reduced the hardness but improved the sharpness of body, NaCl and phenolic resin had pore-forming effect, which was helpful to grinding chip removal and grain protrusion.
