摘要
选取全国26个由国家级经济技术开发区转变而来的生态工业园区,采用因子分析得出影响园区生态效益的经济因子、能耗因子、水耗因子及管理因子四个主成份,并对其综合得分进行排序。采用聚类分析将26个园区大体分为4类,生态效益水平依次下降,并对其原因进行分析,进而提出相关政策建议。
This paper choose twenty-six eco-industrial parks （EIPs） which were transformed from former national-level economic and technological development zone and use factor analysis method to acquire four factors, including economic factor, energy consumption factor, water consumption factor and management factor, which influence the ecological benefit of the EIPs. Then we rank the comprehensive scores of the factors. Next we used cluster analysis method to sort the 26 EIPs to 4 classes whose ecological benefit level declines in turn and explored the reason. Finally we put forward relevant policy recommendations.
