摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C、D(VEGF-C、VEGF-D)在人宫颈癌血清与组织中的表达水平及其与宫颈癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)法和免疫组织化学SP方法分别检测10例正常宫颈组,36例宫颈上皮内瘤变CINⅢ组,43例宫颈癌组血清和组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D表达水平,并分析表达结果与病理特征的关系。结果 (1)VEGF-C、VEGF-D在正常宫颈组、CINⅢ组及宫颈癌组血清和组织中的表达量依次增高(P<0.05);(2)伴淋巴结转移组VEGF-C、VEGF-D在血清及组织中的表达较无淋巴结转移组均明显升高(P<0.05);(3)宫颈癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D蛋白高表达率分别为65.1%、60.5%,并均与淋巴结转移呈显著正相关(r=0.615、P=0.021;r=0.709、P=0.014)。结论 VEGF-C、VEGF-D通过促进宫颈癌内淋巴管形成,与宫颈癌淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To explore expression of endothelial growth factors C and D（VEGF-C and VEGF-D） in serum,tissue of patient with cervical carcinoma and their relationship between invasion,node lymph node metastasis.Methods Combined of ELISA and SP immunohistochemical method were used to detect the expression levels of VEGF-C,VEGF-D in serum and tissue of 10 cases normal cervical group,36 cases cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CINⅢ group,43 cases cervical cancer group.Thethe relationship between expression levels of VEGF-C,VEGF-D and pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results（1）The expression level of VEGF-C,VEGF-D in serum and tissue in normal cervical group,CINⅢ group,cervical cancer group were increased respectively（P＆lt;0.05）;（2）The expression level of VEGF-C,VEGF-D in serum and tissue in cervical cancer group with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis（P＆lt;0.05）;（3）VEGF-C,VEGF-D protein were expressed in（65.1%,60.5%）,both were positively correlation with lymph node metastasis significantly（r=0.615,P=0.021;r=0.709,P=0.014）.Conclusion VEGF-C,VEGF-D have closely relationship with lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
