真空氮化时间对38CrMoAlA钢耐蚀性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了38CrMoAlA钢经不同时间真空氮化处理后的耐蚀性能。采用光学显微镜及能谱线扫描分析渗氮层的微观形貌和元素分布情况,再利用盐雾腐蚀试验对真空氮化处理前后的试样进行加速腐蚀,并对盐雾腐蚀结果进行定量分析。结果表明,真空氮化处理可明显提高材料的耐腐蚀性能,38CrMoAlA钢耐蚀性能随氮化时间的增加先增加后降低,经8h渗氮处理后的试样性能最佳。 The corrosion resistance of 38CrMoA1A steel after different time of vacuum nitriding was studied. The mi- erostructure and elements distribution of nitrided layer were analyzed by metallographic microscope and EDS, respectively. Corrosion behaviors of the specimens before and after vacuum nitriding were studied by salt spray corrosion test. The ex- petimental results showed that the vacuum nitriding treatment can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of material. With the increase of nitriding time, the corrosion resistance of 38CrMoA1A steel first increased and then decreased. The sample nitriding for 8 h has the optimum comprehensive properties.
