摘要
对大化水电站机组发电机导轴承支架混凝土支墩大量裂缝产生原因进行分析,提出处理措施,对2、3号机组发导支墩混凝土裂缝处理效果进行评价,从运行结果来看,除了2号机组部分支墩顶面在运行初期(3个月)发现有6条温度裂纹之外,其它没有发现异常;从机组振动测量结果可见,下机架的振动值较之大修前有明显减少。故这次对下机架支墩加固处理是成功和有效的,为今后处理1号、4号机组提供了质量保证和经验借鉴。
The paper makes an analysis on the causes of cracks on concrete support for guide bearing bracket of gen- erator of Dahua hydropower station and proposes corresponding treatment measures. Besides, the treatment effects of concrete cracks on support for No. 2 and No. 3 units are evaluated from the operating results. No abnormalities are found except for six temperature cracks on the top surface of No.2 unit at the first three months, furthermore, the vi- brations on lower brackets are significantly reduced judging by the vibration measurement results of both units. Therefore, it is a successful experience in reinforcing lower bracket supports, which can be well referenced by No. 1 and No. 4 units in the future.
