平菇细菌性褐斑病诱抗菌株筛选及诱抗效果 被引量:5

Screening and Evaluation of Induced Resistance to Brown Blotch Disease in Pleurotus spp by Low Virulence and Avirulent Strains of Pseudomonas tolaasii

摘要 从平菇(Pleurotus spp.)上分离到细菌性褐斑病弱致病力菌株和非病原菌株共126株,采用离体平菇法筛选模型,筛选出了3株可以诱导糙皮侧耳(P.ostreatus)对托拉斯假单胞菌(Pseudomonas tolaasii)产生抗病作用的诱抗菌株。通过田间验证,最终得到1株诱导抗病效果好的诱抗菌株,诱导抗病效果为66.73%。在供试接种浓度范围内,诱抗菌株的诱导效果随接种浓度增大而增强。 Induction of resistance avirulent strains of Pseudomonas in Pleurotus ostreatus to brown blotch disease by 126 low virulence and tolaasii has been evaluated using harvested and growing mushroom fruit bodies as test material. Three P. tolaasii strains (PG07111234, PG0801130104 and PG0803250302) were effective in inducing resistance to a pathogenic strain (PG0803301702) in vitro. The highest level of induced disease resistance in growing fruit bodies (66.73%) was recorded with strain PG07111234, and the extent of the induced resistance was dependent on inocul size.
