水浸法提取秦皮天然染料及其对蚕丝织物的染色 被引量:6

摘要 用水浸法提取秦皮天然染料及浸提液对蚕丝织物的染色性能进行研究。以水为提取剂提取秦皮天然染料,探讨提取工艺中料比液、提取温度及时间等因素对秦皮天然染料提取效果的影响及天然染料质量浓度、染色温度、染色时间、媒染剂质量浓度等对蚕丝织物后媒法染色效果的影响。研究结果表明,秦皮水浸提法优化工艺为:料液比1︰20,提取温度80℃,提取时间90 min。秦皮水浸提液对蚕丝织物的后媒法染色优化工艺为:秦皮天然染料质量浓度为14 g/L,染液pH4.5,染色温度80℃,染色时间60 min,媒染剂硫酸亚铁质量浓度为5 g/L。秦皮水浸提法提取液染色蚕丝织物具有较好的色牢度。 This paper studies the extraction of natural dye from cortex fraxini by water immersion and its dyeing of silk fabrics. Taking water as the extractant to extract natural dye from cortex fraxini, discusses the influences of solidliquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on extraction effects. Besides, it discusses the influences of mass concentration of the natural dye, dying temperature, dyeing time and mass concentration of the mordant on dyeing effects of silk fabrics with post-mordant method. The research results display the optimum conditions for extraction of cortex fraxini by water immersion are as follows : solid-liquid ratio 20 : 1, extraction temperature 80 ℃, extraction time 90 min. The optimum conditions for the post-mordant dyeing of silk fabrics are as follows: mass concentration of natural dye from cortex fraxini: 14 g/L; dye liquor pH: 4.5; dyeing temperature: 80 ℃; dyeing time : 60 min ; mass concentration of mordant ferrous sulfate : 5 g/L. The silk fabrics dyed by extracting solution from cortex fraxini by water immersion bad greater colorfastness.
