摘要
根据热机理建立了激光点火过程的二维热传导模型,利用有限差分方法,对火炮点火系统中广泛使用的黑火药激光点火能量密度阈值和点火延迟进行了数值模拟。同时采用固体激光器对该药剂进行了点火实验,分析了该含能材料的点火能量密度阈值和点火延迟时间,试验结果证明了数值模拟的合理性。本文的工作对火炮用激光点火系统的设计具有一定的指导作用。
A two dimensional heat conduction model about laser ignition based on thermal mechanism was developed. Finite differential method was used to calculate the ignition energy density threshold and ignition delay of black powder which is widely used in the gun ignition system. Solid-state laser was also used to make experiment for analyzing the energy density threshold and the ignition delay of this material. It shows that the result of the numerical modeling is reasonable. The results in this paper may help to design the laser igniter system used for guns.
