摘要
目前我国许多家族企业都面临接班换代的问题,传承的方式主要有"子承父业"血缘继承和职业经理人继承两种方式,而受我国儒家传统文化的影响以及我国市场信用体系的不健全,大部分家族企业仍首先考虑家族内部成员继承。财富和权力的交接只是家族企业持续发展的基础和前提,企业家精神的传承才是持续发展的根本,企业家应该编制共同愿景,注重核心价值观、创新、学习、社会责任、创业等精神的传承,注重培养接班人的企业家精神。只有当父辈将显性的资源以及各种隐性知识和精神财富传承给下一代时,企业的代际传承才可能真正得以实现。
At present, many family enterprises in our country are facing the succession problem. There are two basic inheritance ways which is "father - son" inherit and occupational manager one. Due to China's traditional Confucian culture and credit system market is not perfect, most family transfer is foundation and precondition of the sustainable enterprises still prefer family inheritance. Wealth and power development in family enterprise entrepreneur spirit heritage is the base of sustainable development, entrepreneurs should have a common vision, focus on the core values, innovation, learning, social responsibility, entrepreneurship spirit heritage, and entrepreneur spirit cultivation. When parent's dominant resources, various kinds of tacit knowledge and spiritual wealth inheritance pass to their next generation, intergenerational inheritance in enterprises can be fulfilled.
