摘要
财政专项资金已成为高校发展的重要经费来源。在分析目前高校财政专项管理中存在问题的基础上,提出了加强财政专项管理的措施,以提高财政管理的质量,优化资金效益。
Nowadays,the special funds from the financial department is getting more and more important in the universities.On the basis of analysis of the problems in management for the special funds,the authors give some pieces of advice on how to make better management.
