摘要
对利用粉煤灰制备高温复合相变材料的可行性进行研究。结果表明,用粉煤灰作为基体材料,能制备出复合相变蓄热材料。通过金相分析、差示扫描量热仪和X射线衍射分析,这种材料不仅具有良好的烧结成型性,还具有良好的蓄热性能,且能降低复合相变蓄热材料的成本。在此基础上对粉煤灰和相变材料的最优配比及性能进行研究,并对粉煤灰的综合利用和复合相变蓄热材料的发展提出多种途径。
The availability of synthesizing high temperature phase change composite was studied. The results show that by using fly ash as matrix material, the phase change heat storage composite can be prepared. By metallographic analysis, differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) apparatus and XRD analysis, the material has good sintering formability and good heat storage performance, and can significantly reduce the cost of phase change heat storage composite. The optimal matching of phase change material and fly ash and performance was studied. The development ways for the comprehensive utilization of fly ash and composite phase change heat storage material were put forward.
