摘要
通过外加氮化铝颗粒制备AlN/ZL114A复合材料,发现氮化铝颗粒以微区团聚的形式存在于共晶组织中,随着颗粒含量的增加,该复合材料强度、韧性下降,硬度上升;850℃重熔处理后,氮化铝颗粒尺寸细化为亚微米级;该复合材料强度、韧性上升,硬度高于基体,但比重熔前低。
A1N/ZL114A composite was prepared by adding AIN particles into ZL114A alloy, the A1N particles which gathered in many micro-areas, exist in eutectic structure of the matrix. With the increase of the volume of AIN particles, the strength and toughness of the composite reduces while the hardness increases. After remelted at 850℃, the size of the AIN particles sharply reduces to submicron. Meanwhile, the strength and toughness of the composite increases; the hardness of the composite is lower than that of before remelted but higher than the matrix.
