摘要
目的:了解医务人员关于包装材料对大输液产品安全性和疗效性影响的关注重点,为选择大输液产品的适宜包装材料提供有意义的参考。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,对全国10省(市、自治区)的医务人员开展调查,通过认知评价、顺位评价和价格关联评价,了解医务人员对有无气针、标签清晰度和胶塞碎屑脱落等14项影响用药安全性和疗效性因素的关注程度。结果:医务人员认为标签清晰度、渗漏隐患和胶塞碎屑脱落是影响用药安全性最重要的因素;标签清晰度对价格影响较小,低温适应性、溶出性、吸附性和相容性等对价格影响较大。结论:医务人员对包装材料对大输液产品安全性和疗效性的影响给予了极大的关注,并对不同影响因素在价格关联性评价中表现出明显差异。
Objective： To investigate the consideration points of medical staffon the safety and efficacy of large volume parenteral （LVP） products affected by packaging materials, so as to provide a reference for the selection of suitable packaging for LVP products. Methods： A survey was conducted among the medical workers in ten provinces,cites and autonomous regions by the questionnaire survey method. By the means of cognitive evaluation, subordinated evaluation and price correlation evaluation, the degree of attention of the medical staff was investigated mainly on 14 factors affecting drug safety and efficacy including gas needle, label clarity and rubber stopper debris shedding, etc. Results： It was regarded by the respondents that label clarity, hidden trouble of leakage and rubber stopper debris shedding were the most critical factors affecting the medication safety, and drug price may be greatly influenced by low temperature adaptability, solubility, adsorption or compatibility, except label clarity. Conclusion： A great concern was showed by medical staff on the safety and efficacy of LVP products affected by packaging materials. The opinions varied on the price correlation evaluation of the different influential factors.
