小切口非超声乳化圈套器娩核法白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察小切口非超声乳化圈套器娩核法白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院行白内障复明工程的305例(315只眼)老年性白内障患者,经小切口非超声乳化完整圈套器娩核法白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后视力恢复及并发症情况。结果术中后囊膜破裂者11只眼(3.5%)均一期植入后房型人工晶状体于囊袋内,巩膜隧道切口愈合均良好;术后1周视力恢复大于0.3者287只眼(91.11%),0.1~0.3者28只眼(8.89%);术后1天角膜水肿者35只眼(11.11%),术后1周内水肿均能消退。结论小切口非超声乳化圈套器娩核法白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术效果可靠,并发症少,且学习时间短,医疗成本低,经济适用,值得在白内障复明工程中推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of small-incision cataract extraction combined with intraccuiar lens implanted through Snaring the lens nucleus without phocoemuisification. Methods The visual acuity and complications a- bout 315 patients (315 eyes) of senile cataract were analyzed retrospectively after the surgery of small-incision cataract ex- traction combined with intraocular lens implanted through Snaring the lens nuclear without phacoemulsification from June 2008 to June 2012. Results The posterior calmttlar mpture occurred in 2.5-cnses patients during surgery ( 2% ), all of whose Ciliary sulcus implanted by posterior chamber IOL, finally with the scleral tunnel incision healed weU;The visual acuity was better than 0. 3 in 287 cases at one week postoperatively( 91.11% ), bctwecn0. 1 to 0.3 in 28 cases ( 8.89% ) ; The corneal edema occurred in 35 cases( 11.11% ) at one day postoperatively,but disappeared within one week postopera- tively. Conclusion Smail-incislon cataract extraction combined with intraucuIar lens implanted through Snaring the lens nuclear without phacoemulsification is worthy being promoted and used in the cataract removal project because of short learning time low medical costs, and affordable economy.
