摘要
峡江水利枢纽工程泄水闸轨道梁为预应力T形梁结构,采用后张法预应力施工。在预制生产过程中,通过控制配合比设计,模板制作,钢筋绑扎和混凝土浇筑优化和养护等,保证了混凝土的施工质量,为预应力施工创造了条件。预应力施工过程中,严格控制张拉程序,保证了预应力T形梁的施工质量。
The sluice track beam in Xiajiang Hydro-junction project is T-shape prestressed beam which is constructed by post-tension method.During prefabricating the beam,the concrete construction quality of the beam is ensured by mix proportion design,formwork produce,steel bar banding and concrete pouring and curing,etc.which provide construction condition for prestressing tension.By strictly controlling tension process,the construction quality of the T-shape prestressed beam is assured.
