光学元件微吸收特性测量仪的研制

摘要 通过开展测试方法验证实验和测试参数优化实验,结合高能激光的快速发展要求,完成了光学元件微吸收特性测量仪的固化设计,并初步完成了测试系统的研制,实现了高精度、大口径、多波长、多角度、反射式测量。开展了测试系统性能实验和光学元件的微吸收测试,从测试结果来看,研制的光学元件微吸收特性测量仪的测量精度达到了10-6。 According to the experiment of validation and optimization,the design of thin film's weak absorption testing set-up is finished for quick development of high energy laser,which can achieve the aims of high testing precision,large aperture,various wavelengths,various angles and reflective measurement.From the measurement results of system function and optics' weak absorption,it can be judged that the system's precision is 10-6.
