电磁阻尼器涡流损耗及其温度场仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文对电磁阻尼器的工作原理进行了简单介绍,对电磁阻尼器工作时间60 s和180 s两个阶段进行了瞬态热分析,仿真结果表明在额定工作时间范围内电磁阻尼器发热较小,对工作特性影响较小。当超过额定工作时间时,发热增加,电磁阻尼器温度持续升高,对阻尼器工作特性影响增大。然后对电磁阻尼器热平衡状态进行了仿真分析,得到了稳态时电磁阻尼器转子杯和永磁体的温度分布图。最后分析了温度对电磁阻尼器力矩特性的影响,得到了力矩特性随温度变化的特性参数曲线,对电磁阻尼器的设计有重要指导作用。 The working principle of the electromagnetic damper was introduced briefly, In this paper. And then analysed transient thermal of two stage which electromagnetic damper worked 60 seconds and 180 sec-onds. The results of analysis showed that electromagnetic damper produced less heat and the characteristics of electromagnetic damper was less impacted by temperature in rated work time. However , electromagnetic damper produced more heat and the characteristics of electromagnetic damper was much more influenced by the rising up temperature when exceed rated working hours. Then analysed steady state thermal and the tem- perature distribution map of the permanent magnets and rotor cup of electromagnetic damper was resulted. Finally, analysed the influence of temperature on the torque characteristics of the electromagnetic damper and come out the characteristic parameter curve which the torque characteristic changes with temperature . that has an important role in guiding the design of the electromagnetic damper.
