摘要
自从发现碳纳米管以来,就因其特殊的结构、优异的性能及诱人的应用前景引起了人们广泛的关注.碳纳米管作为一种新型碳材料具有独特的纳米结构、密度低,预示着其具有不同寻常的电学、力学、热学和物理化学等特殊性能.近年来,随着碳纳米管及纳米材料研究的不断深入,其广阔的应用前景也不断显现出来.文章主要讨论碳纳米管在作为场发射材料的场致发射平板显示器元件、复合材料增强体和储能材料中的应用.
Since the discovery of carbon nanotubes ( CNTs), they have attracted much attention because of their uni que structure, excellent property and bright future for wide applications. Carbon nanotubes are a completely new carbon material with unique nanostructures and low density, indicating some unique electrical, mechanical, thermal and physicochemical properties. Recently, carbon nanotubes' broad application prospects continue to appear with the in-depth of carbon nano- tubes and nano-materials. This article focuses on the application of carbon nanotubes as components, composite material re- inforcements and energy storage materials for field emitters in field emission fiat panel display.
