参考咨询是图书馆知识服务的平台,也是知识创新的关键,图书馆要把用户的积极性调动起来,充分发挥Lib2.0技术的优势,让用户与用户之间互相帮助,从而完善图书馆的参考咨询服务模式。
Reference service is a platform for the library knowledge service. It is also the key to knowledge innovation. Library should arouse the users' initiative and enthusiasm, effectively exert the advantage of Lib2.0 technology and let users help each other, so as to improve the library reference service model.
