产科“课堂式”健康教育对孕妇分娩方式的影响 被引量:3

Effect of classroom-style health education on delivery mode in obstetrics department

摘要 目的了解孕妇对妊娠知识的知晓途径,探讨"课堂式"健康教育对孕妇分娩方式的影响,为今后健康教育提供参考资料。方法对预备在湖北医药学院附属人民医院分娩的103名孕妇就妊娠相关知识的知晓途径和拟采用的分娩方式进行问卷调查;问卷结束后在产科宣教室采用"课堂式"健康教育,分别对教育前、教育后及实际分娩所采用的分娩方式进行统计分析。结果该地孕妇获知妊娠相关知识的途径以医生/护士的讲解和产科宣传栏为最主要途径,高学历孕妇较低学历孕妇更喜欢通过报刊、书籍获得知识(P<0.01),其他途径高、低学历间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);健康教育前后拟采用自然分娩方式的孕妇人次分别是44(42.72%)和75(72.82%)人,分娩时实际选择自然分娩方式的孕妇人次为68(66.02%)人,选择自然分娩方式的孕妇在健康教育前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从医疗机构获得知妊娠相关知识是该地区孕妇获得知识最主要的途径,高、低学历孕妇获知相关知识的途径不尽相同;"课堂式"健康教育对孕妇进行健康教育有效且对选择分娩方式影响大,适宜推广应用。 [ Objective]To understand the main ways that pregnancy women obtain the knowledge about pregnancy, discuss the effect of classroom-style health education on delivery mode, and provide a theoretical basis for health education in the future. [Methods]A questionnaire investigation was conducted among 103 pregnant women who would deliver in People's Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College, which the contents included the ways of obtaining the knowledge about pregnancy and expected delivery mode. The classroom-style health education was performed in obstetrics department after the questionnaire investigation. The expected delivery mode before and after health education, as well as the actual delivery mode were analyzed statistically. [Results]The main ways that pregnancy women obtain the knowledge about pregnancy were doctors/nurses explanation and bulletin board. Compared with the pregnancy women with lower education level, the pregnancy women with higher education level were more prone to obtain the knowledge from newspaper and books (P 〈0. 01 ), and there were no significant difference in other ways between pregnancy women with lower education level and higher education level ( all P 〉0. 05 ). There were 44(42. 72% ) and 75 (72. 82% ) pregnant women would choose natural delivery before and after health education respectively, and 68 ( 66.02% ) pregnant women used the natural delivery in actual childbirth. The difference in number of pregnant women who would choose the natural delivery between before and after health education was significant ( P 〈 0. 05). [ Concltmion]The main way that pregnancy women obtain the knowledge about pregnancy is medical institutions'health education, and the ways of obtaining the pregnancy knowledge is different between pregnancy women with lower education level and higher education level. The classrcom-style health education is effective and has significant effect on delivery mode, which is worth popularizing.
