摘要
高致病性禽流感传播速度快,发病率、死亡率高,危害严重。百色市采取强有力的行政和技术综合防制措施,成功阻击疫情发生流行。分析认为,加强领导是前提,健全体系是基础,内防外堵是手段,落实"免疫、普查、监测、检疫、消毒"等综合防控技术措施是关键。
Highly pathogenic avian influenza（HPAI） spreads fastly,characterized with high case rate and mortality.Do harm to the birds severely.The prevention combined with administerial and technical was put in practice to prevent increasing epidemic threat in Baise.Consequently,consider that reinforce the lead for preventing HPAI is premise,perfect system is foundation,and the multi-prevention of immunity,investigate,inspect,quarantine and santize is carried out that are the key and means.
