摘要
为了探讨不同定植密度和单株留果穗数对番茄植株生长及产量和品质的影响,确定春季大棚番茄适宜的定植密度和留果穗数,以大果型番茄品种粉冠和合作908为材料,设置了密度为667 m21 400株、单株留7果穗(T1),密度为667 m22 800株、单株留5果穗(T2),密度为667 m25 600株、单株留3果穗(T3)共3个处理。结果表明:密度为667 m22 800株、单株留5果穗的处理(T2)在3个处理中效果最佳。与T3处理相比,T2处理番茄植株株高和茎粗显著增加,植株根系活力和叶片总叶绿素含量随植株生长下降缓慢,叶片净光合速率和蒸腾速率等光合参数显著提高。且单位面积产量T2处理显著高于其他2个处理,其中品种粉冠的单果重、单株产量和单位面积产量分别达到0.25 kg、2.78 kg和115 761.03 kg/hm2。2品种T2处理的可溶性糖、番茄红素、VC、可溶性固形物等的含量显著高于其他2个处理。表明密度为667 m22 800株、单株留5果穗的处理能有效促进番茄的植株生长,提高果实产量和品质。
To determine suitable planting density and the remaining fruit cluster per plant of tomato in plastic greenhouse in spring, experiments were carried out on two large fruit tomato varieties, Fenguan and Hezuo 908. The experiment was designed with three treatments, planting density of 1 400 plants per 667 m2 with 3 fruit clusters per plant(T1 ), planting density of 2 800 plants per 667 m2 with 5 fruit clusters per plant ( T2), and planting density of 5 600 plants per 667 m2 with 3 fruit clusters per plant (T3). The results showed that the optimal treatment was 2 800 plants per 667 m2 with 5 fruit clusters per plant (T2). Compared with T3, treatment T2 significantly increased plant height and stem diameter, slowed down the declines of root activity and total chlorophyll content, and improved the net photosynthetic rate and the transpiration rate etc. Moreover, yield perunit area in treatment T2 was significantly higher than those in the other treatments. Fruit weight, yield per plant and yield per unit area of Fenguan with treatment T2 were 0. 25 kg, 2. 78 kg and 115 761.03 kg/hm2 , respectively. The treatment T2 significantly increased soluble sugar, lycopene content, Vc content, soluble solid content of fruit of both varieties. The results indicated that the density of 2 800 plants per 667 m2 with 5 fruit clusters per plant were beneficial to the growth, yield and quality of tomato.
